ORA Property Management System is a comprehensive hotel management platform developed for Trivelles Hotels. The system centralizes daily hotel operations and allows management teams to control multiple properties from a secure platform.

Trivelles required a centralized solution for managing reservations, room availability, guest records, payments, housekeeping, rates, and reports across multiple hotel properties. Manual processes and disconnected systems made it difficult to maintain real-time room availability and consistent operational data.
